Postage & Returns

DOMESTIC

For delivery within Australia we have a flat rate of $10. Please allow up to 3 days for orders to be dispatched, we ship with AUS POST so your order should arrive within 2 - 7 days of dispatch. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been sent.

NEW ZEALAND

For delivery to New Zealand we have a flat rate of $20. Please allow up to 3 days for orders to be dispatched, we ship with AUS POST so your order should arrive within 7-10 days of dispatch. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been sent.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are posted at a rate of $25, Please allow up to 3 days for orders to be dispatched we use AUS POST so your order should be to you within 10-14 days. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been sent.

PLEASE NOTE: All international customers are responsible for any additional costs such as taxes and duties. We do not accept responsibility for any extra charges that may be incurred.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, We will gladly accept return of an unused item within 7 business days of purchase. Items need to be in the original condition, including tags and packaging. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. We suggest returning goods via register post as unfortunately if the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the return.

Please notify us via email that you would like to return your product to receive a return authorisation form and number. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
