Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Taninaka purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, We will gladly accept the return of an unused item within 14 business days of delivery. Items need to be in the original condition, including tags and packaging. 

Please notify us via email (hello@taninakasan.com) if you would like to return your product. If you are within Australia, we offer free returns and we will email you a return slip. 

International customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. We suggest returning goods via registered post as unfortunately if the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the return.

We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
